Abstract
Objective:To explore the methods and effect of fungal identification and screening sensitive drug treatment for external auditory canal fungal disease.Methods:60 patients with external auditory canal fungal disease were selected,and they were given identification of pathogenic bacteria and drug sensitivity tests.We screened the sensitive drug therapy for patients,and analyzed the therapeutic effect.Results:The positive rate of pathogenic fungi was 100%.120 strains of pathogenic fungi were isolated,and the cure rate was 100%.Conclusion:Candida albicans and aspergillus were the most in the fungal diseases of external auditory.The treatment effect of itraconazole and fluconazole ear drops was significant,and the security was high.关键词
