Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of elderly patients with compression fractures caused by spinal metastases.Methods:18 cases of elderly patients with compression fractures caused by spinal metastases were treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty,and the scores of quality of life and pain after operation were observed.Results:The scores of quality of life in patients after operation were significantly higher than those before operation,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of elderly patients with compression fractures caused by spinal metastases had significant clinical effect.关键词
