Efficacy and safety of alprostadil in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes and chronic kidney disease

Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of alprostadil in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes and chronic kidney disease.Methods:96 elderly patients with diabetes and chronic kidney disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy.The experimental group was treated with alprostadil.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,in the experimental group,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,24 hours urinary protein and adverse reaction rates were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of alprostadil in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes and chronic kidney disease was significant,and the safety was high.关键词
