消化内镜治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of digestive endoscopy in the treatment of non varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:80 patients with non varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected.They were randomly divided into the routine group and the study group with 40 cases in each group.The conventional group received the routine treatment.The study group were treated with endoscopic therapy.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence rate and mortality of the patients in the study group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Digestive endoscopy in the treatment of non varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients can improve the clinical treatment effect,reduce the incidence of complications and mortality, reduce hospital stay.关键词
