血液透析-灌流串联治疗尿毒症血透患者顽固性高血压的疗效观察
Observation of hemodialysis-perfusion series in the treatment of refractory hypertension in patients with uremia hemodialysis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of hemodialysis-perfusion series in the treatment of refractory hypertension in patients with uremia hemodialysis.Methods:64 cases of patients with uremia hemodialysis and refractory hypertension were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with hemodialysis,and the observation group was treated with hemodialysis-perfusion series.The blood pressure level of the two groups were compared.Results:The systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemodialysis-perfusion series could reduced the blood pressure level of patients with uremia hemodialysis and refractory hypertension effectively.关键词
