Effect of different delivery modes on neonatal asphyxia in gemellary pregnancy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of different delivery modes on the neonatal asphyxia in gemellary pregnancy. Methods:The clinical data of 144 cases of puerperae with gemellary pregnancy were analyzed retrospectively,and the delivery modes and neonatal asphyxia were analyzed.Results:38 cases of newborns had neonatal asphyxia and the incidence of neonatal asphyxia was 13.2% .The incidence of neonatal asphyxia in newborns with gestational aged below 34 weeks was significantly higher than that of newborn with gestational aged over 34 weeks (P<0.05).The neonatal asphyxia incidence of newborns with vaginal delivery was significantly higher than that of cesarean section (P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal asphyxia in second newborns was significantly higher than the first newborns (P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of neonatal asphyxia by vaginal delivery in Gemellary pregnancy was higher.The lower the gestational age,the higher the incidence of asphyxia.The incidence of neonatal asphyxia in second newborns was higher than that of the first newborns.关键词
