利妥昔单抗联合化疗治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床疗效分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of rituximab combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of non Hodgkin's lymphoma.Methods:110 patients with non Hodgkin's lymphoma were selected.They were divided into two groups. Patients in the control group were treated with chemotherapy alone.The observation group was treated with rituximab based on the control group.The treatment effect of the two groups was observed.Followed up for 1 year,the quality of life of patients with cancer before and after treatment,the quality of life score(QOL)was analyzed,and the two groups of patients were analyzed.Results:the mortality rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the QOL scores of the two groups were significantly improved,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rituximab combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of non Hodgkin's lymphoma has a good effect,and it can significantly prolong the survival time of patients.关键词
