Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of nasal endoscopic surgery treatment in the patients with allergic rhinitis combined with nasal septum deviation.Methods:48 patients with allergic rhinitis combined with nasal septum deviation were selected.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into the control group and the observation group with 24 cases in each.The control group was given routine drug treatment.The observation group was given nasal endoscopic surgery treatment.The clinical curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of postoperative 3 months in the observation group was 95.8%,and the postoperative 1 year was 91.7%,which were significantly higher than 79.2% and 45.8%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis combined with nasal septum deviation has a good clinical curative effect.关键词
