Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosphate in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:86 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with Xiao Yin granules,narrow spectrum medium wave ultraviolet phototherapy and compound flumetasone ointment.The treatment group added calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosphate on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:At 4 weeks,in the treatment group,the PASI score, pruritus degree and DLQI score were lower than the control group,and the effective rate (65.12%) was higher than the control group(40.00%)(P<0.05).At treatment for 12 weeks,there was no significant difference in PASI score,pruritus degree,DLQI score and cure rate of the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosphate in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris had a certain short-term efficacy,and it can improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
