自拟扶正化瘀祛湿方联合美沙拉秦治疗克罗恩病的临床疗效研究
Study on clinical effect of self Fuzheng Huayu Qushi decoction combined with mesalazine in the treatment of Crohn's disease

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Fuzheng Huayu Qushi decoction combined with mesalazine in the treatment of Crohn's disease.Methods:22 patients with Crohn's disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 11 cases in each group.The control group were given the mesalazine treatment.The observation group were given the self Fuzheng Huayu Qushi decoction on the basis of the control group.Results:After the treatment,the clinical remission rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the endoscopic remission rate and histological remission rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of self Fuzheng Huayu Qushi decoction in the treatment of Crohn's disease is obvious.关键词
