高频超声引导下乳腺粗针穿刺活检与手术对照分析
Contrast analysis of high frequency ultrasound guided needle aspiration biopsy and operation in breast
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of high frequency ultrasound guided needle aspiration biopsy in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions.Methods:136 patients with breast disease were given needle biopsy,and the postoperative pathological results were as the standard.The accuracy rate of puncture pathology in the diagnosis of malignant breast lesions was calculated.Results:The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy rate of puncture pathology in the diagnosis of malignant breast lesions were respectively 97.37% (76/78),100% (76/76),98.21% (110/112).Conclusion:The high frequency ultrasound guided needle aspiration biopsy can accurately distinguish benign and malignant breast lesions,which has simple operation,accurate positioning, small trauma,less complications and high accuracy.It can be used as the preferred method of obtaining pathological tissue under the condition of non operation.关键词
