Abstract
Objective:To analyze the value of 64 row 128 slice spiral CT head and neck CTA examination in clinical diagnosis of cerebral vascular stenosis in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:64 cases of patients with cerebral infarction were treated with 64 row 128 slice spiral CT head and neck CTA examination,and the diagnosis results and clinical diagnosis results were compared.Results:The diagnostic accuracy rate of mild stenosis was 76.9%,and the diagnostic accuracy rate of moderate stenosis was 95.6% and the diagnostic accordance rate of severe stenosis was 100% .There was no statistically significant difference between the detection rate of cerebral vascular stenosis and clinical diagnosis (P>0.05).Conclusion:64 row 128 slice spiral CT head and neck CTA examination could determine the degree of cerebral vascular stenosis in patients with cerebral infarction accurately and the value of diagnosis was higher.关键词
