摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of imaging diagnosis and differential diagnosis of aortic wall hematoma.Methods:13 patients with aortic wall hematoma were selected.We analyzed the multi slice spiral CT diagnosis retrospectively.Results:In 13 cases,4 cases of type A,9 cases of type B;the aortic wall showed crescent or circular thickening;scan showed circular or crescent shaped high density shadow in 6 cases,5 cases of density,2 cases showed heterogeneous density;hematoma edge enhancement in 13 cases,aortic atherosclerosis in 11 cases,calcium plaque shift in 10 cases,9 cases of penetrating ulcer;9 cases with pleural effusion,4 cases of aortic aneurysm,1 case of pericardial effusion.Conclusion:In the diagnosis of aortic wall hematoma,the multi-slice spiral CT is a more sensitive examination method,which can be used as the first choice for clinical differential diagnosis to be popularized and applied.关键词
