腰椎管狭窄症影像学狭窄程度与临床表现及保守治疗疗效的相关性研究

Abstract
Objective:To explore the correlation between the imaging stenosis degree and clinical manifestations of lumbar spinal stenosis and conservative treatment curative effect.Methods:40 cases of lumbar spinal stenosis patients with conservative treatment were selected.They were divided into group according to the stenosis degree.The clinical manifestations before and after treatment were given JOA score.The correlation between the imaging stenosis degree and clinical manifestations of lumbar spinal stenosis and conservative treatment curative effect was analyzed.Results:Before and after treatment,the JOA scores were analyzed between different degrees lumbar spinal stenosis groups,r=0.132,P=0.124,r=0.232,P=0.314.After treatment,the JOA effects were analyzed between different degrees lumbar spinal stenosis groups,χ 2=2.312,P=0.198,and there was no statistically significant difference.Conclusion:There is no correlation between imaging stenosis degree and clinical manifestation and conservative treatment.关键词
