Analysis of value of CT in preoperative diagnosis of colon cancer and recurrence of colon cancer after operation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application value of CT in preoperative diagnosis and postoperative recurrence of colon cancer.Methods:58 patients with colon cancer were selected.Preoperative CT and postoperative pathological examination were compared in this group,and the correlation between preoperative CT diagnosis and postoperative pathologic correlation,CT diagnosis and pathologic biopsy were compared.Results:The accuracy rate of preoperative CT diagnosis of colon cancer was 84.48% ,and the postoperative pathological section was correlated(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy rate of postoperative recurrence CT was 89.66% ,which was correlated with postoperative pathologic biopsy(P<0.05).Conclusion:CT scan can accurately evaluate the preoperative classification and postoperative recurrence of colon cancer,and the diagnostic image is clear and the operation is convenient.关键词
