Application of serum tumor markers CA50 and CA199 levels in the clinical diagnosis of colorectal cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical application value of glycogen protein 50(CA50) and glycogen protein 199(CA199) in the clinical detection of colorectal cancer.Methods:30 patients with colorectal cancer were as the observation group,and 30 cases of healthy persons were as the control group.The serum CA50 and CA199 levels were measured in two groups,and the results of the two groups were compared.Results:The serum CA50 and CA199 levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The early colorectal cancer can be timely diagnosed by the detection of serum tumor markers CA50 and CA199 levels,which can effectively avoid and reduce the clinical misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate.关键词
