Abstract
Objective:To explore the expression of P53 and Ki-67 in three negative breast cancer and its relationship with clinical pathological characteristics.Methods:50 patients with three negative breast cancer were selected,and the expression of P53 and Ki-67 were detected.Results:In three negative breast cancer,P53 expression was correlated with histological grade(P<0.05),and no correlation with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).The expression level of Ki-67 was correlated with clinical stage,histological grade and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ki-67 can be used as an independent index to determine the prognostic effect of TNBC.关键词
