Abstract
Objective:To observe the nursing effect of nursing intervention on hypertension patients combined with heart failure. Methods:120 hypertension patients combined with heart failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group with 60 cases in each.On the basis of conventional medicine treatment,the control group was given normal nursing intervention,and the intervention group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The blood pressure systolic pressure, diastolic pressure data,heart function indexes and patients' treatment compliance were observed between groups.Results:After a period of nursing,the systolic pressure in the control group was (145.38±9.52)mmHg,and the systolic pressure in the intervention group was (130±9.96)mmHg.The diastolic pressure in the control group was (105±10.45)mmHg,and the diastolic pressure in the intervention group was (93.92±9.85)mmHg.Compared with the control group,the heart function after treatment in the intervention group was significantly improved,and the compliance was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the heart function in hypertension patients combined with heart failure,improve the treatment enthusiasm and life quality of patients.关键词
