Application research of information management in the performance evaluation of the operation room
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of information management in the performance evaluation of the operation room.Methods:40 cases of nurses in the operation room were divided into two groups.The control group was given the traditional assessment methods.The observation group was given information management assessment.The evaluation results of the two groups were compared.Results:The number of leave days in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of information management in the performance evaluation of the operation room could improve the enthusiasm of nurses and ensure the quality of clinical nursing.关键词
