左氧氟沙星联合润肺膏治疗慢性支气管炎的疗效分析

摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Runfei cream combined with levofloxacin in the treat-ment of chronic bronchitis. METHODS:Data of 154 patients with chronic bronchitis were retrospectively collected and divided into observation group(78 cases)and control group(76 cases). Control group orally received Levofloxacin tablet,0.2 g,bid+ambrox-ol hydrochloride oral solution 10 ml,bid. Observation group received Levofloxacin tablet,0.2 g,bid+Runfei cream 15 g with warm water,tid. All patients stopped taking drugs after 7 d of Levofloxacin tablet,observation group continued to take Runfei cream for 7 d and control group continued to take ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution for 7 d with the same dose . Clinical efficacy,dura-tion of clinical symptoms(duration of fever,cough,expectoration,asthma)and the incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups were compared.The courses of 2 groups were 14 d.RESULTS:The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group,cough and expectoration time and asthma time were significantly lower than control group,with significant differenc-es (P<0.05);and there was no significant difference in the duration of fever and the incidence of adverse reactions (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Levofloxacin combined with Runfei cream has good efficacy in the treatment of chronic bronchitis,it can short-en duration of clinical symptoms,and do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
