壮药藤茶的生药学鉴别研究
Study on the Pharmacognosy Identification of Zhuang Medicine Ampelopsis grossedentata
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the pharmacognosy identification of Zhuang medicine Ampelopsis grossedenta-ta. METHODS:Original plant,medicinal properties and microscopic identification features were observed;TLC was adopted for the qualitative identification of it. RESULTS:The branch,leat and flower of original plant showed significant identification features,as well as the stem,tassel,leat and the stem cross-section,leaf cross-section,leaf surface and powder of medicinal materials;TLC spots were clear and well separated. CONCLUSIONS:The study can be used for the identification of Zhuang medicine A. grossedentata.关键词
