转化医学对人才培养的启示研究
Enlightenment of translational medicine to talents cultivation
摘要
Abstract
In view of problems like disconnection between basic medicine and clinical medicine and weak humanities education in China's present medical education,the paper points out that the talents training mode oriented by translational medicine is an effective way to reform.It first analyzes the necessity and significance of training medical talents of translational medicine.Then it proposes specific educational reforms in the curricular setup,teaching methods,teaching team development,assessment and evaluation.关键词
