Abstract
Subspecialized doctor training system is a systematic project,whose scientificity and integrity have direct bearing on the quality of subspecialized resident training and people's health.The content and the process of different subspecialized resident training completely vary among specialties. The neurosurgical resident training system in the USA is among the best in the world.The neurosurgeon training system in China will be strengthened by learning from the American training contents and frame-work.关键词
