Abstract
The current construction and application of high-quality video teaching resources can not only further the reform of higher education,but also call for standardized,systematic and efficient construction of high-quality video teaching resources at colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the characteristics and forms of high-quality video teaching resources,expounds on the important role of professional environment,professional equipment,professional team and other elementary elements in the construction of high-quality video teaching resources.关键词
