应用高级模拟产妇在产科教学中开展情景模拟教学的研究

Abstract
Objective Toinvestigatetheroleofscenariosimulationteachingwithadvanced simulated puerperas in obstetrics instruction apart from traditional bedside practice teaching.Methods Wedivided29Grade2011eight-yearprogramstudentsofclinicalmedicineinourhospitalintogroups with 9-10 ones in each taught with obstetric scenario simulation instruction,which included virtual patients'changing conditions presented by advanced simulated puerperas.A questionnaire-based survey wasconductedamongthestudentsattheendofclass.Results Concerningthequestionof"simulated scene showing real clinical scenario",13.8%of the students chose"just so-so",69.0%"agree"and 17.2%"strongly agree".More than 96.6%of the students chose "agree"or"strongly agree"for 10 questions about theevaluationofteachingeffect.Conclusion Theresultsshowthatthestudentscanexperiencesimilarly real clinical scenario from scenario simulation teaching with advanced simulated puerperas.Compared with the traditional practice teaching,simulation teaching is more advantageous in improving students'interest in learning, strengthening their theoretical knowledge and improving the ability of clinical thinking.关键词
