循证医学与PBL教学结合模式在消化内科实习教学中的应用
Application of evidence-based medicine combined with PBL teaching mode in internal medicine practice teaching

Abstract
Objective Toexploretheadvantagesandeffectsofevidence-basedmedicinecombined withPBLteachingmodeininternalmedicinepracticeatgastroenterologydepartment.Methods We randomly divided 54 five-year program medical students of Grade 201 1 into experimental group and control group.All of the students learned typical cases of liver cirrhosis gastrointestinal bleeding.The 28 students of experimental group were taught with evidence-based medicine combined with PBL teaching mode,whilethe26studentsofcontrolgroupthetraditionalteachingmode.Results Thecaseanalysis test and the practical skill test scores in experimental group were significantly better than those in control group.Furthermore,the students of experimental group significantly outperformed those of control group in interest in learning,autonomous learning ability,analytical ability,and literature-consulting and evaluatingability.Conclusion Themodeofevidence-basedmedicinecombinedwithPBLissuperiorto the traditional teaching mode.关键词
