胸腔镜手术在胸部解剖教学中的应用
Role of thoracoscopic surgery in thorax anatomy teaching
摘要
Abstract
Objective Toexploretheroleandapplicationofthoracoscopicsurgeryinthorax anatomyteaching.Methods Weexplainedthethoracicstructureduringthoracoscopicsurgeryand designed a questionnaire with 8 close-ended questions related to thoracoscopic surgery teaching.We also conducted an anonymous survey on the teaching effect among 106 five-year program interns (43 males and 63 females)in Department of Thoracic Surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong Univer-sityfromJanuarytoDecember2014.Results Theratesofpositiveanswersrangedfrom97.2%to 100%withthefirst6questions100%,the7th98.1%andthelastone97.2%.Conclusion Teaching thorax anatomy with thoracoscopic surgery is a novel way to teach anatomy with such advantages as providing direct viewing,three-dimensional viewing,being vivid and simulating.关键词
