新时期医护人员大医精神的培养路径研究∗
Study on the Training Path of Medical Staff's Medical Spirit in the New Era
摘要
Abstract
The invasion of money worship and hedonism in the current medical fields leads to declining medical ethics of medical staff. In order to reshape the image of "angel in white", we must cultivate their medical spirit. There are six paths to cultivate the medical spirit in the new era:strengthening the medical ethics self-education of medical staff and practicing the medical spirit consciously;constructing the mechanism of medical staff's profes-sional moral evaluation and encouraging to advocate the medical spirit; establishing a reasonable compensation mechanism of medical staff's remuneration and encouraging to cultivate the medical spirit;perfecting a moral super-vision system of medical staff's treatment and genuinely ensuring the medical spirit;perfecting the laws and regula-tions related to medical staff and implementing the medical spirit; giving full play to the leading role of advanced model of superior staff and driving the medical spirit.关键词
