Abstract
Objective:Through discussion on the reasons of medical disputes in the department of medical in-surance, this paper made effective preventive measures to reduce the occurrence of medical disputes. Method:This paper retrospectively analyzed all of the medical disputes ( including complaints) occurred in one hospital from 2013 to 2015. Results:Poor service attitude, lack of medical insurance knowledge of patients and the dispute of medical expenses are the main reasons of medical disputes. Conclusion:Through standardizing the medical behav-ior, strengthening the propaganda of medical insurance related knowledge, charging reasonably and implementing humanistic care, the medical disputes related to medical insurance will be reduced effectively.关键词
