Fairness and Efficiency:The Ethical Conflicts and Solution Path in the Medical and Health Field
摘要
Abstract
This paper firstly analyzed the concepts of fairness and efficiency and the ethical conflict, and then discussedon the problems of fairness and efficiency in health care in details. It put out the phenomenon of lack of efficiency and ineffective market, which required government intervention to avoid the one-sidedness of pursuit of efficiency. At the end, it pointed out that only adhering to the principle of"give priority to fairness while take into account efficiency" can solve the ethical conflict effectively.关键词
