临床护理人员死亡态度现状及影响因素的研究进展∗
The Current Research Status of the Status Quo and Influence Factors of the Nursing Staff's Attitude toward Death
摘要
Abstract
People have gradually realized the limitation existed in traditional treatment and disease care and the importance of life quality with the conversion of medical model, then extended the research scope and focused on the whole process of birth to death. Nurses were inevitable to contact severe or dying patients during their clinical work. Therefore, nurses should build a correct attitude of death so that they could help dying patients to face death, acknowledge death and accept it with a positive attitude. With the method of literature search, this article combed the basic concepts, analyzed and concluded the status quo of nurses' death attitude and the influence fac-tors. It offered a scientific theoretical foundation to explore and construct hospice care and death education course, which conformed to our country culture adaptation, and promoted the development of hospice care and death educa-tion career in our country.关键词
