Abstract
Starting from the present situation of ethics management of human sperm bank in our country, this paper analyzed the problems of serious sperm shortage, lack of legal institution, and insufficient ethical supervi-sion, and then put forward corresponding countermeasures:establishing corresponding effective measures, strength-ening ethics management of human sperm bank, respecting to the selection right of sperm donors in the scope of confidentiality, establishing a national human sperm bank information query system, strengthening ethical education for sperm donors, and so on.关键词
