Abstract
Objective:To compare the effect of evidence-based nursing and traditional nursing methods in pa-tients with aneurysm after interventional therapy and analyze the ethical significance of evidence-based nursing. Methods:A total of 240 patients with aneurysm were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 120 patients. The observation group received evidence-based nursing, while the patients in the control group were given conventional nursing care. The adverse reactions and complications during hospitalization, the anxiety and depression scores at the time of admission and discharge,and quality of life core scale scores after 6 months of operation were observed. Results:The adverse reaction and complication rate of the patients in the ob-servation group was significantly lower than those of the control group during hospitalization(P<0. 05). The overall score of quality of life core scale of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control at 6 months after discharge ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing can significantly reduce adverse reac-tions and complications in the patients with aneurysm after interventional therapy, effectively relieve patients′anxie-ty and depression, improve the quality of life after operation, objectively benefit to the pursuit of excellent moral goals and harmonious doctor-patient relationship.关键词
