Abstract
Objective To explore the teaching focus of clinical pharmacist training base for students with different natures . Methods The experience of clinical pharmacists from the one-year-student and the teacher training were reviewed and summa-rized. The teaching focus of different students was discussed,the important links were analyzed,the feeling and experience were summa-rized. Results The differences of the teaching purpose of trainees′ training and teachers′ training were clarified,the significance of each important teaching links was described,and the advantages of the ″double base teaching″ and the effectiveness of the new teaching mod-el were affirmed. Conclusions The trainees′ training is the basis of the development of clinical pharmacy services. Paying more atten-tion to the effectiveness of teacher training is a key way for the development of clinical pharmacy. According to the different character-istics of different stages,the cultivation of clinical pharmacists should make different teaching thoughts and models.关键词
