Content Determination of Polydatin in Yidu Tiaogan Mixture by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of polydatin in Yidu Tiaogan Mixture. Methods The analysis was carried out at 30 ℃ on an Hypersil C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(23:77)and a flow rate of 1. 0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 306 nm. Results The calibration curve of polydatin was linear in the range of 20. 32-203. 20 μg/mL( r=0. 999 1). The average recovery was 94. 76%,RSD=1. 77%( n=9). Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,reproducible and applicable for the quality control of Yidu Tiaogan Mixture.关键词
