摘要
Abstract
Objective To improve the quality standard for Yikangling Tablets. Methods Angelica sinensis in the Yikangling Tablets was detected qualitatively by TLC. The content of icariin in herba epimedii was determined by HPLC. Results The spots on TLC plates were clear without the interference of negative control. Icariin showed a linear relationship within the concentration range of 3. 991 86-63. 869 76 μg/mL( r=0. 999 9). The average recovery was 98. 46%,and the RSD was 1. 07%( n=9). Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,sensitive,specific and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Yikangling Tablets.关键词
