摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC-ELSD method for the content determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Yangyin Shengjin Tablets. Methods TheHPLC-ELSD method was adopted and the Inertsil C18 column(150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm)was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(32 :68). The flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min. The column temperature was 35 ℃ The drift tube temperature of ELSD detector was 60 ℃,and the carrier gas (air) flow rate was 2. 0 L/min. Results The linear range of astragaloside Ⅳ was 0. 496 8-9. 936 0 μg. The average recovery rate was 99. 64%,RSD was 0. 22%( n=6). Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive, stable and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of Yangyin Shengjin Tablets.关键词
