摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of phillyrin in Yangyin Mixture to provide a quality control methods for it. Methods The Waters SunFire C18 column(150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used with the mobile phase of ace-tonitrile-0. 2% phosphoric acid(19 :81)with the flow rate of 2. 0 mL/min. The column temperature was 30 ℃,and the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm. Results The linear range of phillyrin was 0. 021 24-0. 424 8 μg ( r=0. 999 9). The average recovery was 98. 44% with the RSD of 1. 42%( n=6). Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Yangyin Mixture.关键词
