某三级甲等医院老年高血压住院患者降压药利用评价
Utilization of Antihypertensive Drugs in Elderly lnpatients with Hypertension in the Class A Grade Three Hospital
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application status,distribution,significance,medication characteristics and tendency of antihyper-tensive drugs in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods By ranking the amount of consumption sum,the person-time of medica-tion,the amount of money every day,frequency of medication(DDDs)and the drug utilization index(DUI)in elderly patients hospital-ized with hypertension,the utilization of antihypertensive drugs in 763 cases from January to August 2015 in the hospital was ana-lyzed. Results The systolic blood pressure in elderly hypertensive patients increased more significantly,and often coexisted with a vari-ety of diseases;calcium antagonist(CCB)ranked first in the consumption sum and DDDs;the drug combination of elderly patients with hypertension was no more than 3 kinds. Conclusion The selection of antihypertensive on elderly patients with hypertension in the hos-pital is basically reasonable.关键词
