摘要
Abstract
Objective To regulate the management of drug and reduce the wastage of the drug in the hospital. Methods Analysis the causes of drug wastage was conducted by PDCA. The improvement plan was made and its effectiveness was evaluated by means of practice and inspection. Results Compared with 2014,the number of drug wastage decreased by 47. 65% and the value of loss de-creased by 38. 88% in 2015. Conclusion The application of PDCA can reduce the drug wastage in the hospital,ensure the drug qual-ity,and make the drug management more scientific and standardized.关键词
