Abstract
Objective To explore the application of two-dimensional bar code technology in the pharmacy intravenous admixture ser-vices. Methods 20,000 groups using the two-dimensional code scanning technology of the PIVAS MATE system from July to Decem-ber 2015 were chosen as the observation group,and another 20,000 groups using the one-dimensional code scanning technology of the PIVAS MATE system from January to June 2015 were chosen as the control group. The average drug allocation time,number of error groups,number of waste groups and the work efficiency in the two groups were compared. Results The average allocation time in the observation group was(0. 72 ± 0. 25)min,the number of error groups was 6(0. 03%),the number of waste groups was 2(0. 01%), which were significantly less than(1. 21 ± 0. 35)min,0. 08% and 0. 04% in the control group with statistical difference( P < 0. 05);the average drug allocation number per person per day in the observation group was (152. 68 ±21. 04),the control group was (187. 92 ±17. 22), and the allocation efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than control group with statistical difference( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of two-dimensional bar code technology in PIVAS MATE system realizes the real-time dynamic informa-tion management in the PIVAS. It plays an important role in the standardization of clinical intravenous drug use and the reduction of intravenous medication errors in clinical pharmacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
