Abstract
Objective To explore the new mode of hospital pharmaceutical services,play the role of hospital pharmacists actively,and promote the rational drug use in hospital. Methods The implementation of Pharmacy Service Systemof Medication Order Review was carried out from July 2015,with hospital pharmacy personnel performing manual review,record and feedback on the medication orders every day in the departments of gynecology,pediatrics,and obstetrics. Regular in-depth communication with various departments was conducted to find and solve the problems in time,and medication guidance and counseling for patients were provided. Knowledge training of medication for doctors and nurses was also provided. Results 89,96,103 items ofmedication were reviewed by the inpatient pharmacy in July,August,and September in 2015 respectively,providing more standardized and rational use of drugs,enriching the knowledge of pharmacy of the doctors and nurses,reducing the workload of doctors and nurses,as well asimproving the service level of the inpatient pharmacy. Conclusion This service mode has found some problems in the departments of obstetrics and gynecology as well as pedi-atrics,which requires the pharmacists to actively provide more service of pharmaceutical services to clinical departments to promote the rationaldrug use,andalso provide new mode to the diversified of pharmaceutical care in hospitals.关键词
