Abstract
Objective To explore the effect and safety of different concentrations of Reduning in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods 150 cases of children with acute upper respiratory tract infections admitted in the hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were divided into groups A, B, C by random number table method. Group A was treated with 1:4 concentration of Re-duning solution treatment, group B was treated with 1:10 concentration of Reduning solution treatment, group C were treated with 1:20 concentration of Reduning solution treatment. Symptoms and signs of the three groups, the recovery time, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions during treatment were observed. Results The symptoms and the recovery time of signs in group A and group B of children had no significant difference ( P > 0. 05 ) , but they were significantly shorter than those in group C ( P < 0. 05 );the total effective rate of group A and group B were 96. 00% and 92. 00%, respectively with no significant difference ( P > 0. 05 ) , but they were higher than that of group C with statistically significant difference ( P < 0. 05 ); group B and group C had no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions ( P > 0. 05 ) , but they were significantly lower than that in group A ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Reduning solution on children with acute upper respiratory tract infection treatment is effective, and the middle dilution concentration can not only ensure the incidence of the treatment effect but also reduce the adverse reactions.关键词
