Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of rutin and quercetin in Folium Mangiferae. Methods The analysis was performed on Inertsil ODS-2 column ( 150 mmí4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) , mobile phase was 70%methanol-0. 2% phosphoric ( 65 : 35 ) with lsocratic elution, flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min, detection wavelength was set at 368 nm, and column temperature was maintained at 35 ℃. Results The linear ranges of rutin and quercetin were 1. 464 48-120 μg/mL ( R2=0. 999 8, R2=0. 999 5 ) , respectively. Their average recovery rateswere 100. 08% ( RSD=1. 12%, n=6 ) and 99. 93% ( RSD=0. 92%, n=6 ) , respectively. Conclusion This method can be used for the quality control of Folium Mangiferae.关键词
