摘要

Abstract

Objective To optimize the percolation extraction process of Huang-Ma Tincture. Methods The Ethanol concentration ( A ) , Ethanol dosage ( B ) and percolation rate ( C ) were selected as the factors, and the contents of Strychnine and Berberine Hydrochloride were taken as the observed index; L9 ( 34 ) orthogonal test was designed to optimize the process. Results The optimal technology was 70% ethanol 10 times as much as that of the drugs and percolation rate was 3 mL/ (min·kg). Conclusion The preparation process is reasonable and highly efficient, which can be used for he mass production of Huang-Ma Tincture.
