Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of amisulpride in treating patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia. Methods 86 cases of negative schizophrenia patients in the hospital from July 2014 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group, which was given sulpiride, and the observation group, which was given amisulpride. After 12 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate, quality of life and adverse reaction rates were compared in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 83. 72%, which was significantly higher than 62. 79% of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The indexes which of physical function, psychological function and social function in the observation group were significantly better than the those of the control group ( P < 0. 01 ) . The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 13. 95% , which was significantly lower than 32. 56% of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The clinical efficacy of amisulpride in the treatment of negative schizophrenia is exact. It can significantly improve the quality of life of the patients and reduce adverse reactions.关键词
