彩色多普勒超声结合血碘水平对分化型甲状腺恶性肿瘤的诊断价值
The Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound Combined with Blood Level of Iodine in the Diagnosis of Differentiated Thyroid Carcinoma

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound combined with blood iodine levels in dif-ferentiated thyroid carcinoma. Methods 100 patients with differentiated thyroid carcinoma in the hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group used color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis preoperatively, and on this basis the observation group used color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis combined with preoperative blood iodine level. The diagnosis accuracies of thyroid cancer in the two groups were compared. Results 45 cases in the observation group were diagnosed with thyroid cancer, accounting for 90. 00%, 2 cases were misdiagnosed as benign le-sions, accounted for 4. 00%;35 cases in the control group were diagnosed with differentiated thyroid cancer ( 70. 00% ) , 10 cases were not quite sure of benign or malignant tumor, accounting for 20. 00% , 5 cases were misdiagnosed as benign lesions, accounting for 10. 00%, the difference of the diagnostic accuracy rates in the two groups was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound combined with blood iodine can increase the accuracy rate of differentiated thyroid malignant tumor, reduce the mis-diagnosis rate, which has certain clinical application value in the clinical diagnosis of differentiated thyroid cancer.关键词
