Abstract
Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention in operation room on dezocine analgesia and stress reaction after ce-sarean. Methods 80 cases of patients with cesarean section in the hospital from Jan 2016 to June 2016 using dezocine lumbar epidu-ral anesthesia were divided into the control group ( routine nursing in operation room ) and the observation group ( nursing intervention in operation room ) according to the random number method, 40 cases in each group. The visual analogue scores ( VAS ) , analgesic satis-faction degree and changes of blood pressure, respiration, heart rate on pre- and intra-operation in the two groups were com-pared. Results Compared with the control group, the VAS at 4, 8, 24, 48 h post-operation were significantly decreased in the observa-tion group( P < 0. 05);the patients' analgesic satisfaction degree was obviously improved in the observation group( P < 0. 05);the levels of blood pressure, respiration, heart rate on pre- and intra-operation were significantly decreased in the observation group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Nursing intervention in operation room during dezocine lumbar epidural anesthesia for cesarean section can effectively im-prove the analgesic effect and reduce the surgical stress response.关键词
