昆明地区各级医院药学人员岗位胜任力分析报告
Analysis on Occupation Competency of Pharmaceutical Staffs in Different Hospitals of Kunming City
摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the demand of employers and study the occupation competency attitude of pharmacy graduates,in order to provide some evidence for Pharmacy course construction and reform. Methods Questionnaire survey method was adopted,and all questionnaires were classified and analyzed after investigation. Results Employers gave rather good evaluation on the pharmacy grad-uates,in which the professional skills had the lowest score and the achievement-oriented score was the highest. To pharmacy graduates, they thought knowledge and ability were "important" and "very important". Conclusion We should strengthen the training of graduates in professional skills,deepen their mastery of theoretical knowledge,and focus on teaching practice,as well as capacity-building aspects of personal qualities.关键词
