炙甘草汤对急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后窦性心率震荡的影响
Influence of Zhigancao Decoction on Heart Rate Turbulencein Patients with Postoperative Emergent Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of Zhigancao Decoction on heart rate turbulence(HRT)inpatients with postop-erative emergent PCI. Methods 71 patients with acute myocardial infarction and underwent emergent PCI were randomly divided into the treatment group(36 cases)and the control group(35 cases). 4 weeks later,two groups were monitored with 24 hours dynamic elec-trocardiogram and the results were recorded. TO and TS of HRT were recorded and compared between Zhigancao Decoction treatment group and control group. The patients were followed up for 6 months to observe the occurrence rate of cardiovascular events in pa-tients. Results The TO values of the control group and the treatment group were(0. 47 ± 1. 52)% and(-1. 61 ± 2. 00)%,and the TS values were (4. 70 ± 3. 00)ms/RR and (6. 40 ± 3. 70)ms/RR respectively,the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05);compared with the control group,TO negative in the treatment group was significantly increased,and the TS was significantly higher ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Zhigancao Decoction can improve the HRT of patients with coronary artery disease after PCI and improve the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease.关键词
